pranayam yoga asanas
Pranayam is the most vital and intergral part of any yoga regimen as it calms your mind and the deep breathing cleanses your system, and brings you health and vitality by regulating the vital life force in your body.
1.Sit down cross-legged on the floor.
2.close your eyes and raise your right hand place the elbow
of your right hand on the palm of your left hand.
3.hold your breath and close right nostril with your thumb
and inhale deeply through the other.
4.close your left nostril with the second and third fingers
of your right hand and inhale deeply through the other.
5.bring the first finger of your right and the thumb
together.
6.close your left nostril with the second and third fingers
of your right hand and inhale deeply through the other, hold your breath and
close the other nostril with your thumb.
7.exhale through your left nostril. Repeat the steps for 5
minutes.
8.Inhal through your left nostril, close both the nostrils
and hold your breath as long as you can.
9.Open your right nostril and exhale.
10.Close both your nostrils.
11.Open your right nostril and inhale long and deep.
12.Close both the nostrils and hold.
13.Open your left nostril and exhale.
Repeat these steps for 5 minutes.
